We are very confident with the quality of our pads so we will be giving all our customers a 12 months 1-1 exchange for all pads purchased from us for the following problems:

- Opened seam
- Torn fabric
- Pads falling apart
- Snaps coming off

How does that sound? What is the point of getting a re-usable pad if it can't even last through 12 periods right?

Just email us your proof of purchase and a photo of your pad.

All our MermaidCups come with a 12-month 1-1 exchange for any wear and tear of the cup. We also provide a 100-day risk free money back or exchange if you are unhappy with it. 

Return Policy

We will make sure that the product is in good condition before shipping out to the best of our abilities, however, if you receive any defective items, we will definitely replace you a new one. 

Just snap a picture and send to us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Due to hygiene reasons, strictly no return if you are simply unsatisfied with its color or size, please read our product description thoroughly before placing an order. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping within Malaysia

Parcels will be sent out from Malaysia via Poslaju or Skynet and usually takes about 2-3 working days to reach you. Some orders may experience a longer shipping time during peak season. This is beyond our control and we recommend contacting the courier provider to inquire further with the tracking number provided.

Shipping within Singapore

Parcels will be sent out from Singapore via Singpost Registered and usually takes about 2-3 working days to reach you. Some orders may experience a longer shipping time during peak season. This is beyond our control and we recommend contacting your local postal service to inquire further with the tracking number provided.

International Shipping

We ship internationally for a flat rate of USD 8. Parcels will be sent from Singapore and usually takes 10-15 business days to reach you. Some orders may experience a longer shipping time during peak season or other reasons like customs clearance.
